Reiki Drum Healing Circle
Would you like to receive some Reiki drum healing within a small group of friendly people? I am a certified Reiki Drum healing practitioner and these healing meditation sessions work very well on-line with many reported positive results including a good nights sleep following the session, relief from aches and pains and creating peace within. Let the beat of the drum take you on a healing journey. These regular sessions run on Zoom at 7pm every other Tuesday (for up to an hour) and are a safe space for you to relax and receive the healing benefits while in the comfort of you own home. If you are interested bookings are made via PayPal below or bank transfer which I will provide details for when we connect. The exchange is £7 per person.

Interactive sound therapy sessions in care homes/day centres for adults with learning disabilities...
These sound therapy interactive group sessions last for 45 minutes to 1 hour. They are ideally most suited for a group of at least 6 participants. I work to the ability and flow of the group together so each session can be a different experience but with the same aims and relaxed session plan. I start the session with a short warm up and then invite the group to join me in making music with hand drums, shakers and other small instruments. During this time I encourage fun and upliftment to build a nice energy including optional singing. I also use Reiki drum healing within the relaxation meditation at the end of the session. The beat of the drum provides relaxing, uplifting and healing energies as well as neurological therapeutic benefits.

Meditation.... one to one or group sessions
Would you like to learn to meditate? or spend some time within a group or one to one session working through different meditation practices for enhanced health, stress relief, inner peace and calm, reduced anxiety and overall improved well-being. All sessions are tailored to suit the needs of the individual or group. Different meditation practices include: healing meditation, self love meditation, personal development and mental clarity.

The sessions can be held on-line, in Hitchin or a place of your choice subject to discussion. Let meditation improve your life one breath at a time.

Healing And Self Love Awakening Workshop for Women

This is run as a nurturing workshop where you will meet like minded women and go on a self healing journey to awaken and embrace your divine feminine power within. You will be doing meditations, receiving healing and learning empowerment skills to bring about balance, upliftment and inner power to help you to step into your own personal power and a bright future. This can also be booked on a one2one session basis on Zoom for 6 sessions over 6 or 12 weeks. Any questions please feel free to make contact.

Angelic Reiki Practitioner Course Learn Angelic Reiki First and Second Degree Training - as taught by the Angelic Reiki Association that was channelled to Kevin Core in 2002 and 2003 from Arch Angel Metatron. It is a 2 day training course which comprises of intense attunements and meditations where the Reiki symbols are given by divine vibration. Deep personal shifts will occur prior to and during the teachings that will raise the students vibration. No previous experience of Reiki is required. I will hold a sacred space within an enjoyable and uplifting learning environment. Courses are available in Hitchin and other locations and dates will be posted on my Facebook and Instagram pages at different times as well as advertisments in local areas. Usui Reiki Practitioner Course
Would you like to learn to be a Reiki healer for personal use, or working with others to help them on their healing journey? I am a certified Reiki Master and can teach levels 1, 2 and 3 of this wonderful healing. I will hold space for you to receive attunements of this sacred healing within a relaxed, enjoyable and uplifting environment to get you started on your own personal healing journey. No previous experience of Reiki is required. Courses are available at my home in Hitchin or different locations depending on demand and can be on a one to one basis or group setting. My circles are based on self care, self love, personal development, healing and empowerment where we honour our own personal power and uniqueness. These circles are a safe space where we embrace ourselves with loving kindness in a nurturing environment. Holding this space and being in this space means walking along side each other on our own individual paths without judgement.
