This massage therapy is ideal for back and muscular problems to relieve aches and pains. It focuses on the muscles in the back, neck and shoulders which tend to hold the most tension. The treatment is carried out on a secure up-right sit-on massage chair or a massage couch. Essential oils can be included in this treatment.
Full Body Aromatherapy Massage from £58 (1 hour)
A very light and delicate treatment using essential oils. This holistic therapy works on the person as a whole and requires an in-depth consultation prior to the treatment. I will mix a highly potent blend of essential oils specifically for the individual prior to the treatment that will penetrate the skin to relax, uplift or stimulate the body and mind as required. Any massage blend that is left over after the massage will be given to the client to enjoy.
Full Body Swedish Massage from £48 (1 hour)
Swedish massage works on and relaxes the whole body. It is accomplished by massaging in the direction that blood flows towards the heart, the skin is warmed and blood is drawn to the surface increasing circulation, encouraging the elimination of toxins and stress, activating healing and speeding up recovery time from illness/injury. A choice of pre-mixed essential oils can also be used during this treatment.
Indian Head Massage from £40 (50 mins-1 hour)
A combination of massage techniques performed on the upper arms, shoulders, neck and head areas to relax and loosen tension and muscles. This treatment helps to alleviate headaches, migraines and stress and improves the circulation of the cerebral spinal fluid as well as stimulating healthy hair growth. This is a deeply relaxing treatment and is mostly performed with the client sitting in a chair.
Reflexology from £40 (50 mins-1 hour)
This holistic therapy works on the principle that certain areas on the feet, called reflexes, are linked to particular areas in the body through the central nervous system. The reflex points have a direct impact to the area in the body that they affect. This is a relaxing and rejuvenating treatment which works on the whole of the body from the soles of the feet leaving the client in a complete state of relaxation and feeling energised the following day.
Angelic Reiki Healing £40 Couch Therapy (1 hour)

Angelic Reiki is a completely natural system of healing powered by Angels. It works on physical, emotional, spiritual and psychological imbalances, providing healing in connection with all issues. It is a multidimensional healing that can be carried out as a one2one couch treatment or a face2face on-line treatment. A master clear quartz crystal is also used to balance and re-align the 7 main chakras and energies. This treatment is extremely uplifting and powerful. An angel card reading is an option to be included in this treatment.

Reiki drumming has been proven to promote the production of endorphins as sound vibrations resonate through every cell of the body. There are 3 healing techniques used in Reiki drumming: a basic healing session, a mental/emotional re-programming session and Reiki Drum Journeying. This treatment is a couch therapy session, or on-line one2one session, using one of the 3 healing techniques. Drumming brings Reiki into the client’s energy field, allowing the beat of the drum to connect to the alpha state of mind. It brings balance to the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual self.
On-line Reiki Drum Healing Group £7 per person
Reiki healing combined with the sacred sound of the drum reminds the body of its optimal vibration, bringing about a sense of well-being. If you would like to receive some healing and feel connected to the beat of the drum I run a regular healing circle every other Tuesday on Zoom at 7pm. It is a small group of friendly people who enjoy meditation and letting the drum take them on a healing journey. The exchange is £7 per person for a hour session. People report good benefits such as better sleep and upliftment after this powerful healing session. Sound healing is a powerful therapy which is becoming increasingly popular.

Distant Reiki £10 per session or a course of 6 for £50
This ancient Japanese healing system means 'life force energy'. It is a gentle hands on healing technique that can be used to restore us physically, mentally and emotionally. The client can be sitting in a chair or laying down on a couch and the treatment time can be adjusted depending on preferences and the level of healing needed. It can also be used alongside any other treatment (see combination of treatments below). Reiki healing is limitless.
Distant Reiki is also available on a regular basis or as a single session and crystals can also be charged with Reiki energy for specific needs - please feel free to ask for details.
Spiritual Healing £30 (25 mins) to £35 (40 mins) £40 (1 hour)
Spiritual healing can be a 25 minute - 1 hour treatment and can optionally include aura cleansing with sage and a spiritual connection angel card reading. The treatment can be carried out with the client sitting in a chair or laying on a couch depending on preferences. This healing calls upon the divine highest healing spiritual energy and as with other healing techniques will be guided to the specific areas in need of healing.
This healing can also be given as a distant healing treatment: £10 per session or £50 for 6 sessions.
Relaxing Foot Spa £25.00 (25 mins)
A relaxing, cleansing and replenishing foot spa treatment using a natural foot scrub to eliminate dead skin. A massage cream is then applied during a soothing foot massage to take away any stiffness, leaving the feet feeling relaxed and invigorated. This treatment can include a hand massage and the longer treatment includes leg massage with essential oil.
Foot spa treatments are only available in care homes unless in combination with another treatment.
Combination of treatments £65-£80 (1 and a half-2 hours)
For a longer more fulfilling treatment you can book a combination of treatments for a 1 and a half hour or 2 hour treatment time. You can choose from a full body massage with part reflexology, aromatherapy massage with head massage included, reflexology with Reiki healing and chakra balancing or please feel free to contact me to discuss personal requirements from the list of therapies I provide. This will be a deeply relaxing experience so please make sure you have nothing else planned for the rest of the day!
Pamper Party - starting from £35 per person
Pamper parties are designed for a group booking of 4-6 ladies (males can be considered if discussed). The idea is for the participants to have a fun but chilled day/evening relaxing and spending quality time together. There are different options for these pamper parties starting from £30 per person. The day can optionally start with a meditation, will include a treatment of choice, and optional face masks can be provided for self application. Please call or message to discuss. Each party can be adapted to suit the client's wishes. Ideal for a relaxing girlie night in or non-alcoholic hen parties. Please note alcohol is not advised before or after any treatments.
Acupressure Meditation £30 for half hour session
This acupressure mat can be used during one2one meditation sessions to enhance the experience and melt away any stress and tension. The mat applies gentle pressure across the back with over 5000 different acupressure points. The body's circulation will be stimulated unblocking stagnant energy pathways, releasing endorphins and forcing the muscles to relax, which activates the body’s natural healing system. Each meditation will be tailored to suit the clients' needs at the specific time and can be in the form of a chakra balancing meditation, Angelic healing meditation, drum journey healing meditation, empowerment meditation, cord cutting meditation or any other meditation suited to the clients needs.
